There are many attractions in the Dover area and larger Huon Valley. Fishing and boating to name a few obvious choices with great local seafood including salmon from the local Salmon farms and accompanying oyster farms. If Seafood isn't your thing then enjoy beach & bush walks, beautiful drives along the winding coastline and forest. Hastings Caves, Thermal pool and Tahune Tree Walk are all popular attractions. You can also go for a drive south to Cockle Creek whale sculpture and if your feeling adventurous, take the long hike to South West cape!
